		<description><![CDATA[Char, glad to see it turned out for you!  I too have had some trouble with it sticking to the towel.  I haven&#039;t seemed to find the exact right amount of flour - either way too much or not enough.  I made a triple batch a couple days ago, though, and only had two tea towels.  So for the third loaf, I let it rise on a hunk of parchment.  It stuck a little to the parchment, so rather than flip it, I just carefully set it, parchment and all, into the dutch oven.  Turned out great and slipped right off the paper once it was cooked, but I missed the nobbly rustic finish on top that you get when you flip it and some of it sticks a bit.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;You really ought to try adding a bit of whole grain flour into it.  Not too much - max 1/3 of the total flour - but it adds a huge flavor punch.  My fave is rye + semolina.]]></description>
