Tie Dyed Eggs

A couple of neighbors came over yesterday afternoon and we decided to try this. I bought a lot of 100 ties on Ebay 3 or 4 years ago when I made Macy a tie skirt, a la Blossom, so we used the leftovers.

  1. Those turned out AWESOMELY!!!! (is that even a word?) I so need to make these next year.

  2. Fan-freaking-tastic! So wish I had been there.

damn it! i had this idea on my ‘to do list’ for today but when i went to buy ties at the DI, i was suprised to see that they are $4 a piece! it would have cost me an arm and a leg. too bad i didnt know that i have a fabulous cousin with a supply of ties!

  4. I’ve seen those! I want to make some, but I don’t have any extra silk ties lying around. So cute!

  5. The things you have laying around your house amazes me. I never see any of it, you house is always so tidy. However, if you ever have to move, I am afraid I won’t be able to help, I will be busy that day! (P.S. call me next time you craft, I only get the bug when you are there helping me!)
