Sure I painted the back of the tank a bit, sure there's a blank spot if you ever remove the toilet, you'd see it, but hey, who DOES that? LOL.

They are white and come in varying sizes. And really, who looks behind the toilet anyway? I love your blog, btw!

The next time we were replacing the flooring and we had to take the toilet out anyway. Removing the tank is a pain, but it would definitely make painting easier. Good luck!

I covered the tank of mine with saran wrap. Then I just rolled behind it. It seemed to work fine. Have fun!

you have boys. you might want to add a "clean where the tank meets the seat really well before you get up close and personal with the screws" step at the beginning.
