		<description><![CDATA[Did you put a liner inside the skirt? If not,how did you keep the thread from inside from fraying? Did you use a regular stitch?  I LOVE this skirt!!!! I&#039;m thinking about doing an elastic waistband and adding a liner to it to hide the thread on the inside. Do you have any thoughts or suggestions?]]></description>
