		<description><![CDATA[Thank you for the idea. I made the costume for my husband to wear to our trunk n treat. It was a hit.

I used a white tablecloth. The kind that is vinyl.  Then used blue painters tape for the blue part.  I printed out the letters. Cut them, then put the painters tape around them.  The red letters I spray painted. Then hot glued on. They were paper too.  I used an old shirt for the inside. It worked perfectly. Hot glue is awesome!   And of course glued the outside to the pipe.  The pipe was the key that put it all together.:)]]></description>
