I don’t like pumpkin pie either! We have pumpkin roll…pumpkin cake with frosting rolled up in the middle. Much better!

Oh my goodness- this sounds perfect! I have been trying to decide what to make for dessert for my Mom’s Thanksgiving meal… I’m not a pie person– too much trouble– but this sounds like even *I* could make it!! Thanks for the recipe!

You can make it even easier!! Mix up the pumpkin stuff and pour it in a sprayed 9×13 pan. sprinkle the cake mix on top (dry) you can swirl it a bit. Drizzle on a stick of melted butter, and bake. I like to sprinkle toffee bits or pecan chips on top. Same taste, but the lazy factor is increased!!
