Powerwash; Paint front door and shutters; new mailbox; new hardware for doors; new house number sign; new door mat; and new summer wreath. If I hard a $100 gift card to Lowe’s, I’d purchase a new mailbox and post. My property has 3 mailboxes on it, one is fancy and isn’t mine, and the other 2 are on one crappy wood post and are cheap plastic. They look so terrible, I tell everyone the fancy one is actually mine. Essentially, I’d have to buy 2 mailboxes, since my neighbor and I share a post.

My front porch is full of small piles of dirt. My children are always excavating my flower beds. Maybe there is a career opportunity in mining, i’m not sure? Anyway…Supercute front porch. I love it. I wouldn’t throw any of my junk on it.
