I would LOVE to win a Silhouette Cameo and I would definitely put it to good use. I love making paper crafts, and have ever since I was little. I am really into making very complex pop-up cards for friends, but realized recently I could only make 1 at a time by hand. That is great for individualization and personalization, but I can’t ever duplicate my designs (which take a long time to design because all the angles have to be calculated just right). Also, some things are really hard to cut out by hand because of sharp turns. I also wanted to try making a bunch of wedding invitations, and the thought of repeatedly cutting the same 80 shapes out by hand was a nightmare. I did some online searching and discovered the Cameo and got SUPER excited. Unfortunately I am a grad student so I don’t have a lot of spare change, but I have been going online to look at the price every day to see if it drops. It would be totally AMAZING if I could win one! I would make you something cool in return too!
