Crazy busy fun weekend here!
Went out for ice cream with grown up girls only.
My parents came down and spent the night.
Made pumpkin pancakes for breakfast yesterday.
Gave Bennett his first hair cut. I meant to just trim up his ear bangs, but I got a little carried away. See?
Went to my cousin’s wedding. How far away was it? Well, we passed this place on the way:
Dyed a slip cover. More on that later.
Made cinnamon rolls for breakfast today.
And the best part of all?
MY KIDS GO BACK TO SCHOOL TOMORROW!
They’ve been out since September 4th. The fighting reached critical intensity last week.
Woot for a fun weekend! And 2 extra WOOTS! for school starting tomorrow!
Sorry I missed the ice cream. Max couldn't leave home since Clone Wars was premiering. I reminded him we have the recording technology. He didn't want to trust it.

wow…how can "they" let school be out for so long? that is crazy.
and al, wendy, max, and lil…your clone wars comment cracked me up b/c my son felt the same way about meeting some friends at the mall for an hour…i mean, two (or was it three? i got crazy there for a bit) hours of none stop jedis…you can't leave that up to modern technology. they've got the force on their side.
