Mother’s Day already?

You’ve got less than 4 weeks, you know.

I made this stitchery for my mom a few years ago (excuse the terribly lit picture).

Here’s a link to my free pattern for your stitching enjoyment!

4/16/10: Added another picture I found with better lighting, but a worse angle.

  1. So darling! Thanks for the reminder!

  2. I'd have to stitch twelve kids and there is not enough time for that!

I saw your stuff on Tatertots and Jello and just had to come nose around. The name alone made me laugh! I know what you mean, and in that spirit, you're going on my blogroll so both of my readers can discover you, but mostly so I'll remember where the heck I was…

  7. Staci K. says:

So cute! I might make this for my mom this year. Thanks for sharing!

  8. I love it! I want to make this! Question though: Do you think two bigger figures could be adults and the smaller the kids? I'm just wondering because mom only has me and my brother and I like that arrangement of 4 figures on a panel. Thanks!

  9. Here I Am. says:

Adorable! I'm going to have to make this as well for my mom! Thanks for the free pattern!

  10. Mommy of Two 24/7 says:

  11. Amanda and Katie says:

  12. Char @ Crap I've Made says:

You can put as many or as few kids on there as you want. My mom only had 2 and I only had 2 when I made it. It wasn't specific to anyone or anything. I'd love to see them when you're done!

  13. Char…this is ADORABLE!! I need to make ME one of those! :) Thanks so much for linking up on my I {heart} Mom link! :)

  14. So cute! Found you through the Mother's Day link up at the Creative Crate and I *will* be stitching one of these for my MIL… hope I have time before Mother's Day! Thanks for the free pattern!

  15. I posted the stitching I made from your pattern here on my blog, if you want to check it out. I hope I did you justice! Thanks again for posting the pattern — my MIL loved it!

  16. Too cute! And sooo true, made me shed a little tear!

    Thank you for sharing :)
