I use Picnik (it’s free). That font might be a premium one, but there are a bunch that are included in the free version.

Marvelous and congratulations! I LOVE the wedding picture. What temple is that?
We got married in Jordan River. That picture, however, was taken downtown near The Lion House, where we had our reception.
We were living in Utah when that temple was dedicated and took our family on the tour.
